do I return an item purchased on Ewinkelen?

received an item in a 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described' state.

Click 'Return' to open the Return Request form
'Item to be Returned' is picked up or you may be asked to send the
material back to us.
The item you wish to return will be picked up from your
doorstep in case we pick it up for you for a nominal charge.
Once the we receive the originally delivered item, a
Replacement item is shipped or a full refund is issued. However, the refund amount
will be deposited into your Bursa account for your next purchase.
Please ensure that the product is in unused and original
condition. Include everything from the package you've received including price
tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
We try our best to offer you a hassle-free returns
- Returns including all replacements/pickups are done with a
minimal charge depending upon geographical location.
- In case of Refunds, complete cost will be refunded after
deducting the logistics cost (in case of reverse pickup).
- We strive to ease the pickup process for you in case of
returns. In most of the cases we deliver the replacement while we do the pickup
(in 10-days replacement Guarantee only).
- In a few other cases, we ensure that pickup is arranged at
the earliest and we ship the replacement as soon as we receive the item from
our courier partner.
- Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the
Seller. In case a Replacement is not available, we will refund the amount for

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to

the item you want to cancel and click on the corresponding 'View Details'

detailed order page, you will see 'Cancel' links against each of the items
in that order
on the 'Cancel' link, indicate the reason for cancellation, choose a mode
of refund and confirm cancellation
your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation
is processed as soon as possible
